A spacious airport terminal with tall glass windows and a high ceiling. There is a large backlit advertisement hanging above the check-in counters, promoting the Oppo Reno2 smartphone with the tagline "Quad Camera, Diffidence in a Click." Multiple entrances and exits are visible below the advertisement.

Following on from our last project in 2017, Bright Green Technology were tasked with backlit illumination of one of the largest advertising sites in Dubai Airport.

The light box was 3,994mm by 26,991mm and 100mm in depth. Bright Green Grid was specified in order to match the consistency of colour throughout the terminal.

Bright Green Duo has been installed in 50 double-sided led advertising sites in Oman. The decision was made to retrofit from conventional fluorescent tubes to LEDs to improve illumination quality, reliability and energy efficiency. One of the challenges for JCDecaux was to find a product that could withstand local environmental conditions, with temperatures reaching 50°C and very high humidity.

Product Focus

Bright Green Grid is a modular, LED system for backlighting areas that require high brightness and excellent diffusion at restricted depth. Designed specifically for boxes with depths of between 40 and 60mm, there are 6 panel sizes which combine to illuminate any shape. Installation is straightforward and the panels are electrically connected with pre-cut and stripped linking cables. Bright Green Grid is manufactured from fire retardant FR4 PCB and has a class 0 fire rating.
